This is a one-person consulting site. The privacy posture matches the rest of the work: discrete, minimal data, deliberate.
What we collect
Only what you submit: name, email, optional phone and organization, sector, budget hint, and your message. The AI Readiness Scan also captures your four answers and the generated diagnosis. Nothing else is collected from your device.
How we use it
To respond to you. To prepare for our intro call. To improve the Scan over time (anonymized after 12 months). Never sold, never shared, never enriched with third-party data.
Where it lives
Supabase (EU region), Resend for email delivery, Green API for WhatsApp delivery to Maya's number. All channels TLS 1.3 in transit; encrypted at rest on Supabase.
How long
Leads not converted to a meeting are archived after 30 days and hard-deleted after 12 months. Scans are anonymized after 12 months. You can request deletion at any time at mayaarazi3602@gmail.com.
Cookies and analytics
No marketing cookies. No retargeting. If product analytics are enabled later, you'll see a small consent banner before any tracking begins.
Your rights
You can ask what we have, ask us to update it, or ask us to delete it. Email mayaarazi3602@gmail.com and we'll respond within 7 days.
