The offer
Every engagement ends with something running, not a deck. Three plain-language tracks:
A senior AI brain on retainer. Diagnose the bottleneck. Pick what to ship. Brief your board. Push back on your engineers. Two days a week, embedded, with skin in your roadmap.
One bespoke artifact, shipped end-to-end. Requirements, architecture, build, evaluation, deployment, and a maintenance plan that does not require me. Roughly two months from kickoff to a running tool.
I sit inside your team. Strategy in the morning, code review in the afternoon, training in the evening. The full stack: research, diagnosis, plan, execute, implement, train.
How I work
No discovery decks. No "phase 0 alignment workshops." Five real moves, each one ending in something you can hold.

Tell me where you are and I'll write three paragraphs in your reply. Not a quiz, not a download — an actual read of your situation.

What I do
Six shapes of work. No client names, no logos, no hints. Discretion is a feature, not a footnote.

FAQ
We start with a 30-minute intro call. If it makes sense, you get a short written proposal — what we'd build, in what order, what success looks like. Engagements are scoped in weeks, never years. You always know what you're paying for and what you're getting.
Usually within 14 days of signing. Most weeks have one open intro slot; I take on roughly two new engagements per quarter.
Always. Mine, yours, mutual — whatever fits. I've operated under classified-grade discretion for a decade; this is reflex.
Active reserve officer with current clearance. Engagements happen on your rails, in your facility, and are contracted through the appropriate channel. Discretion is the entire posture.
Depends on shape and depth. Senior-fractional pricing for retained roles; project pricing for builds; hourly for workflow rebuilds. We discuss it openly on the intro call after I understand the actual job.
That's usually the point. I push back on your engineers in the morning, brief your CEO in the afternoon, and leave behind a team that can extend what we built. I don't replace teams; I sharpen them.
